Precise TV Launches PACE: A New Era of Targeting & Measurement for Under-18 Audiences

We are excited to announce Precise TV  officially launched PACE (Precise Audience Content Evaluator), at last weeks Playfronts event. PACE is a world-first solution, designed specifically to target and measure advertising effectiveness for under-18 audiences across YouTube and in-app environments. And the results? A staggering 60% reduction in media waste and up to 90%+ in-demo reach.

As regulations like COPPA and GDPR-K tighten around data collection, marketers have struggled to connect with kids and teens in a way that’s both effective and compliant. That’s where PACE comes in  a breakthrough in contextual ad tech that brings precision, safety, and transparency to an often opaque space.

What Is PACE?

PACE is a U.S. patent-pending technology that combines:

  • Proprietary audience panels (ages 2–12 and 13–17)

  • Machine learning analysis of billions of pieces of content on YouTube and over 300,000 mobile apps

  • AI modeling that predicts and verifies audience demographics in real time

It’s built to help brands optimize their media spend and connect with the right young audiences, while staying fully aligned with privacy laws.

How Does PACE Work?

PACE enhances campaign performance at every stage:

Pre-Bid Targeting: Before a campaign launches, PACE scans video, channel, and app content using billions of data points and filters out impressions that are too young, too old, or off-target. No wasted spend.

In-Flight Optimization: Forget about relying solely on VCRs. PACE dynamically adjusts targeting mid-campaign to continually improve audience match and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Post-Campaign Insights: Get detailed reporting that shows exact in-demo delivery rates. In early campaigns, PACE delivered up to 96% accuracy in extended demos (ages 6–14) , a huge leap from traditional methods, currently being used.
